How to download a digital file - not currently available
Click on the download link from the confirmation email. Digital items are available as instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or with a credit card, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to your email.

Download success! Where do I have it printed?
These digital downloads are a high resolution image. For best results, take them on a thumbdrive or email the files if that services is available from the service of your choice. Michael's has 70% off sales so watch for those. Also stores like Staples have printing services.

File format compatibility
Your computer preferences should be set to accept PDF, ZIP, JPG files. The digital download files are large in size to maintian the quality of the high resolution of each piece.
Unable to find download notification email
First, check your spam and junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs.

Having trouble downloading files
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact me at linda@greenesun.art for further assistance.
Damaged orders
Greene Sun Art is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
Missing or stolen shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible: Contact linda@greenesun.art.

Refund or cancel my digital item
On the item page for a digital listing, you will see that digital listings are not able to be canceled. While this is shown automatically on all instant digital download items, it is up to the seller’s discretion as to whether they will refund a digital item or not. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact me.

Refund policy on note cards
Returns will be accepted within 14 day(s) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns.

International shipping
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
